Inner surfaces of embracing member are provided with projections of triangular section preventing product under process from "jumping out" during rubbing. Side opposed to direction of rotation of rubbing member has open portion terminating in cutter B, which cuts off projecting part of cake and directs it for repeated rubbing. Rubbing member is provided with rows of teeth reducing dynamic impact force applied to squeezing mechanism during rubbing of product.
