SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a kitchen processor and to a milling disc intended for installation inside the kitchen processor. The milling disc has at least one milling tooth extending from the milling disc surface. The tooth has a continuous, stable enveloping surface shaping the external outline of the said tooth; the surface has a gradient the space derivative whereof has no sign. The enveloping surface contains a front surface that, in the course of usage, represents the driving of the milling tooth. The front surface extends from the surface of the said milling disc to the distal end of the milling tooth and is intended to be brought in contact with the said food in the course of the said kitchen processor usage. The front surface is limited in one direction by the milling disc surface and at least in one other direction - by at least one milling edge.

EFFECT: due to such improved milling disc, a smaller quantity of food particles remains on the milling disc ie a smaller quantity of treated food becomes engaged by the milling tooth which renders the milling disc cleaning after usage more convenient.
