FIELD: medicine, surgery stomatology. SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of drug - bioglass ceramic-base paste into parodontal pocket to recovery alveolar branch osseous tissue and for stabilization of pathological process in parodontium. Paste has the following composition, wt.-%: sodium alginate 15.0-18.0; magnesium sulfate 16.0-20.0; calcium hydrophosphate 38.0-43.0; calcium chloride 0.7-1.0; microgranulated bioglass M-31 (particle size is 100-300 mcm) 20.0-27.0 and mixed with 1% an aqueous solution of dioxydine. Method ensures to accelerate stabilization of pathological process in parodontium up to 4 months. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of method.
