FIELD: gasolines. SUBSTANCE: composition is, in particular, intended for automobiles equipped by catalytic exhaust-neutralization systems. Basis of composition is gasoline fraction mixture boiling off within 30-240 C temperature range containing up to 50 wt % of straight-run gasoline, 5-30 wt % of thermal cracking and/or coking gasoline, and, to 100%, catalytic reforming gasoline. Mixture is supplemented by 0.2-2.0 wt % of N-methylaniline and 10 to 100 mg/l of cyclopentadienylmagnesium tricarbonyl (on conversion to Mg) or its C1-C3-alkyl-derivative. EFFECT: increased octane number by 2-10 points due to synergism of anti-knock action of the two additives. 1 tbl
