FIELD: carbon woven materials. SUBSTANCE: carbon woven material has carbon thread of warp secured with carbon thread of weft located in the form of bundles uniformly over length of woven material. Warp and weft additionally have nonconducting threads alternating with carbon thread. Warp carbon thread with linear density of at least 30 tex are wound with nonconducting thread having linear density of 5-15 tex. Interval between turns is 0.5-1.5 mm, distance between threads is determined by the relation given in the invention Description. Bundles of weft carbon threads are located so that distance between them exceeds 2d but not more than half of material width. Bundles of weft carbon threads have not less than two threads with linear density of not less than 30 tex nonwound or wound with nonconducting thread with linear density of 5-15 tex and interval between turns measuring 0.5-1.5 mm. EFFECT: extended functional potentialities of electric heating elements. 2 cl, 1 dwg , 1 tbl
