SUBSTANCE: warp of current-conducting fabric in given flexible heating element is made from mass of insulation filaments placed between electrodes and weft is manufactured from complex current-conducting filaments arranged perpendicular to electrodes. Description gives mathematical relationships ensuring electric safety of resistive layer that are employed to calculate number n of current-conducting filaments per unit of length of resistive layer, number K of electrodes and number m of metallized filaments making them. Multicomponent filament of " sheath-core " structure is used in the capacity of complex current-conducting heat-liberating filament. "Sheath" of structure includes fluoride-carrying polyolefin based on carbon black-filled copolymer of tetrafluorideethylene with vinylidenfluoride and "core" has polykaproamode or glass fibers.
