FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this relates to methods of preparing wells to subsurface and overhaul repairs. According to method, injected into annular space at open pump-compressor pipes at well head is viscous-resilient compound which contains polyacrylamide, cross-linking agent and water. According to method, viscous-resilient compound is pressure-pushed to bottom hole and into filter. Killing liquid is injected into pump-compressor pipes. As killing liquid, injected into annular space and pump-compressor pipes is water. Before pressure-pushing of viscous-resilient compound, injected into annual space is buffer liquid. Pressure-pushing of viscous-resilient compound to bottom hole and into filter is effected at closed pump-compressor pipes. Injection of killing liquid into pump-compressor pipes is performed through annular space when pump-compressor pipes are open at well head after pressure-pushing of viscous-resilient compound to bottom hole and into filter. Used as cross-linking agent in viscous-resilient compound is sodium bichromate, and additionally it contains concentrated distillers' spent grains slop at following content of components, mass%: polyacrylamide 1.0-2.0; sodium bichromate 0.15-0.25; concentrated distillers' spent grains slop 0.05-2.0; water - the rest. In addition, viscous-resilient compound is injected into annual space in amount equal to portion of well below pump-compressor pipes, and in function of buffer liquid injected into annular space is water used as killing liquid. Application of method can be very effective especially for wells with high permeability and at high bed temperature with simultaneous retention of reservoir properties of bed and widening of technological potentialities.
