FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: device can be used in development of oil, gas, water-intake and injection wells. Device has packer, cylinder connected with packer, pump-compressor pipe string, piston with delivery valve, actuator for piston, and unit connecting cylinder space with under-packer zone. Cylinder is provided with locking unit which fixes it relative to casing string of well. Pump-compressor pipe string is rigidly connected with piston and is made in the form of its actuator. Unit for connecting cylinder space with under-packer zone is made in the form of rod fastened to piston. Rod and cylinder bottom are made as spool-and-barrel pair. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
