SUBSTANCE: heat pipe line is provided with foam polymer mineral thermohydroinsulation envelope with inner and outer skins with heat-insulated inner layer adhesively interconnected and also connected with pipe to be insulated; thermohydroinsulation envelope is vapor permeable at a coefficient of vapor permeability of 0.45 mg/m.h.Pa.
