Abstract RU 2140039 C1

FIELD: complex insulation of pipes. SUBSTANCE: method consists in mounting pipes and filling one of several detachable molds mounted on drum with reaction mixture followed by turning the drum through 360 deg and holding the pipes in mold for escape of gas-and-air mixture till reaction mixture starts escaping from holes. Then drum with molds is turned through 72 deg for loading the next pipe. When mold approaches unloading position, pipe is unloaded. Heat and hydraulic insulation line includes loading racks and roller table, mixer, unloading device, revolving drum detachable molds rigidly secured over circumference; molds have holes for escape of gas-and-air mixture and drives for opening and closing their covers. Holes for escape of gas-and-air mixture are made in upper portion of mold over entire its length at distance of 35 to 45 mm from each other. Line is additionally provided with units for storage and metering of chemicals, change store of chemicals. preparation and metering of mineral fillers which are interconnected by single technological process.
