FIELD: analog-to-digital converters of angle of shaft turn to code; measurement technology; computer-aided process control and monitoring systems. SUBSTANCE: angular displacement of shaft is converted into electric signals that build up sequences of magnetically static traps on domain- shifting structures; traps carry bubbles moving over them at angular velocity n times higher than that of shaft. In the process, the following condition is met: bubble speed and acceleration are n times higher (lower) than respective parameters of shaft, where n is magnetic reduction coefficient. Angle-to-code converter implementing this method has bubble medium, magnetic heads, bubble detectors, , generators, and counters with control logic ensuring shaping of output result of conversion by superposing fine and coarse readings shaped simultaneously with aid of magnetic reduction.
