FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: electric and magnetic blocks of a converter are implemented on the base of equipment of cylindrical magnetic domains (CMD) and microelectronic design. With the help of magnetic triggers 10 and 17, a magnetic barrier 19 and an electronic "reverse" block 20, which performs switching of phases of a clock generator 1, they measure path and speed of object motion regardless of direction of its motion, the results of which are recorded in counters. Limits of measurement are limited by speed of CMD motion (20 m/s and more). At the same time due to small size of CMD (0.1 mcm ÷10 mcm) weight and dimension parameters of converters are considerably reduced.
EFFECT: improved metrological and weight and dimension characteristics of a path and linear speed converter.
