SUBSTANCE: the device uses stretching circuits for horizontal and vertical stretching of control signal, line signal stretching circuit for generation of linear variation of growing values during the given interval in the beginning of each stretched control signal, maintaining of the maximum value of linear variation during the rest part of stretched control signal, maintaining of the maximum value of linear variation during the rest part of stretched control signals and generation of linear variation of decreasing values in the end of each stretched control signal, it also has a circuit for combining the signal values in the respective points along a great number of lines, when lines are being scanned.
