FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out stomach and terminal stomach resection. Gastroenteroanastomosis is applied by connecting adducting end. The adducting region is used for applying in series enterostoma, enteroanastomosis and pancreatoenteroanastomosis. Adducting region length is 40-50 cm. Pancreatoenteroanastomosis is made on isolated region of jejunal intestine taken 18-20 cm long. The isolated intestine region is set in anastomosis with the adducting one 7-10 cm proximal to gastroenteroanastomosis. EFFECT: closely approaching physiological conditions in reconstructing gastrointestinal tract. 1 dwg
