Intussusception gastroenteroanastomosis is set in a manner the mesojejunum is directed towards the greater curvature of the stomach stump and the intestinal wall rolls 3.5 cm over the lesser curvature and 0.5 cm on the greater curvature. EFFECT: prevented insufficiency of the gastrointestinal anastomosis. 4 dwg
