FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing the mobilized pancreatogastroduodenal complex and creating pancreatojejunal end-to-end anastomosis with pancreas stump invaginated into jejunum lumen on carcass-type draining tube. Drainage is carried out through single-row intestine stump suture into its lumen. The draining tube is brought outside through the nose. Gastrojejunal end-to- side anastomosis is carried out on the resection line near the lesser curvature of the stomach. Choledochojejunal anastomosis is applied with choledochus stump invaginated into the intestine lumen using double-row seroserous sutures without suturing mucous membranes together. The choledochus is drained with carcass-type draining tube. The tube is brought through a cut in intestine wall towards the abdominal wall. EFFECT: low risk of pancreatojejunal anastomosis inconsistency and reflux-cholangitis occurrence and forming strictures.
