FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves releasing stress before setting a patient in hypnotic state. The patient is set in cigong pose and asked to perform smooth movements under musical accompaniment, to reproduce monotonous sounds, and to contemplate colors in mind from red to violet at the places the main energy centers are located. Then the patient is introduced into hypnotic state and suggestions are made to remember this state to be able to carry out following self-entrance and exit in the future. EFFECT: enhanced capability of self-regulation.
