SUBSTANCE: locking cone of control mechanism is made in form of two rings 7,8 and brackets 6 installed on rings at cone locking angle β. Elongated tilting straps 9 are secured on brackets 6 at angle α. Angle β should exceed axle α. Control mechanism housings 3 are provided with T-shaped slots for engagement with straps 9. Limiting posts are rigidly fastened on upper plate 1. Height of housings 3 is less than that of posts. EFFECT: prevention of friction between conical locking surface of locking cone and housings and between surfaces of upper plate and housings. 1 cl, 8 dwg
