FIELD: vulcanization equipment, applicable for moulding and vulcanization of rubber-cord casings. SUBSTANCE: the device has a mould and a diaphragm assembly in the form of a receiving cylinder fastening the lower bead of the elastic diaphragm. The upper bead of the elastic diaphragm is fastened between the flanges installed on the rod of the diaphragm control mechanism. The mould components forming the lateral surface of the item torus have a vertical joint only. A restricting disk is secured above the attachment flanges of the upper bead of the diaphragm on an additional rod for axial movement. The disk outside diameter exceeds the outside diameter of the diaphragm bead attachment flanges. EFFECT: simplified design due to reduced number of half- mould joints. 3 cl, 3 dwg
