FIELD: book making technology. SUBSTANCE: according to method, holes are made in any corner of pack of paper sheets, clamp 1 together with lower cover-plate 3 is inserted into aforesaid holes. By means of upper cover-plate 2, paper pack is pressed down through clamp. Then, clamp is rigidly fixed by bending over it of internal edges 10, 11 of upper cover-plate 2 and lower cover-plate 3. Several book-packs are joined into book-block by means of screw and nut or other connecting members inserted through holes 8, 9 which are made in cover-plates 2, 3 and in pack of paper sheets. Aforesaid method ensures reliable and strong joining of paper sheets and allows if necessary for insertion of new sheets into pack or remove them and fully use paper sheet surface for printing text.
