FIELD: heat power engineering; storage of viscous fuels in reservoirs of heat power station fuel oil storages. SUBSTANCE: method is based on maintaining temperature in reservoirs providing fluidity of product owing to circulation heating. Constant heating of fuel oil is provided only is service reservoir, while fuel oil in long storage reservoirs are kept at ambient temperatures. Service reservoir is constantly replenished with oil products from one of long storage reservoirs. For this purpose hot products is delivered into storage reservoir through local heating collector 15 minutes before taking fuel oil from service reservoir. Hot product temperature is not lower than 90 C. EFFECT: reduced cost of fuel oil heating in long storage reservoir. 1 dwg
