FIELD: production of hydroinsulation and roofing materials. SUBSTANCE: two-stepped method is proposed. At the first step one half of heated unoxidized bitumen, divinyl styrene thermoelastic plastic and petroleum oil are mixed all together. At the second step one half of unoxidized bitumen being preliminary heated and total amount of mineral filler are added. Thus prepared mixture is mixed within 10-20 min till homogeneous mass is obtained. Duration of mixing at the first step is 20-25 min. EFFECT: improved quality of product, decreased its cost. 2 tbl
