FIELD: manufacture of building materials; waterproofing roof mastics.
SUBSTANCE: prior to mixing bitumen with modifying additive, it is heated to temperature of 150-190°C and wastes of polycaproamide process are introduced and mixed to homogeneous state; then, plasticizing agent and organic solvent are introduced into mixture which is thoroughly stirred. Modifying additive introduced into mixture is just complex of low-molecular hydroxyl-containing rubber at ratio of butadiene monomers and isoprene of 80:20, molecular mass of 3000-3500 at content of hydroxyl groups of 0.7-1.1 mass-%; complex contains also polyisocyanate, filler, moisture absorbent, urethane-forming catalyst, plasticizing agent and low-molecular alcohol. Mixture is stirred at temperature of 20-50°C to homogeneous state. Components of modifying additive are taken at the following ratio, mass-%: low-molecular hydroxyl-containing rubber, 100; polyisocyanate, 20-36; filler, 100-250; moisture absorbent, 5-20; urethane-forming catalyst, 0.001-3.0; plasticizing agent, 40-100; low-molecular alcohol, 0.5-8 at the following ratio of mastic components, mass-%: bitumen, 25-200; plasticizing agent, 17-200; wastes of polycaproamide process, 0.5-100; modifying additive, 100.
EFFECT: enhanced adhesion to base; possibility of forming waterproofing and roof coats of required thickness by cold method by pouring or coating.
