FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: composition is prepared by mixing 100 wt parts of thermoelasticoplastic based on conjugate diene and vinylaromatic monomer, 70-200 wt parts of bitumen preheated to 90-110 C, and 30-250 wt parts of mineral filler. The total is stirred at 70-100 C for 10-15 min to give mixture, which is homogenized for 10- 15 min at 130-160 C in screw extruder provided with granulating mechanism cooled with water to 20-40 C. Resulting granules are died and packed. According to invention, in the beginning of mixing, composition is supplemented by plasticizer, in particular industrial or tall oil in amounts 10-20 wt parts per 100 wt parts of thermoelasticoplastic. Composition is appropriate for road-building and roofing materials, as binding agent, and for preparing waterproofing materials, hermetics, and mastics. Composition exhibits high elastic properties and is prepared in form (granules) convenient for transportation, storage, and dispensing.
