FIELD: waste water treatment. SUBSTANCE: fuel is produced from waste remaining after treatment of industrial and domestic waste waters. Suspension of sediment from primary settlers is combined with suspension of excess activated sludge from biological waste water treatment, and obtained mix is compacted and treated by coagulant. Resulting products are dehydrated to 10-30 wt % concentration and hydrolyzed. Hydrolyzate is separated from non-dissolved part of solids and evaporated to yield 65-80 wt % fuel. Method allows creating high-economical, virtually wasteless technology for producing liquid nonsulfurous organic fuel with high heat capacity, which forms minimum quantity of dioxins on burning. In addition, sediment from primary settlers and excess activated sludge are completely utilized. EFFECT: enhanced process efficiency. 3 cl, 1 dwg
