FIELD: determination of molecular composition and concentration of components included in mix of sample. SUBSTANCE: method includes positioning of dish with solution of sample into cryostat, irradiation of frozen solution of sample by source of exciting radiation, measurement of radiation intensity of fluorescence of frozen solution of sample simultaneously with measurement of excitation radiation scattered by frozen solution and normalization of radiation intensity of fluorescence with reference to intensity of scattered excitation radiation. EFFECT: increased accuracy of determination of concentration of substance in solution of examined sample.
