FIELD: the invention refers to analytical chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: in the mode of luminescent analysis for simultaneous definition of concentration of several chemical compounds in a sample having different times of fading of luminescence, intensity of luminescence of the sample is measured with the aid of a spectrofluorimeter with impulse frequency excitation providing measurement of the indicated intensity with a regular delay in time after an exciting impulse and with regular duration of the strobe during which the signal of luminescence is integrated after given delay of its switching. They use the duration of the strobe and the value of delay allowing to divide signals from chemical compounds possessing different times of fading of luminescence at comparable quantum outputs of luminescence and secure selective definition of concentration of the given compounds in one sample.

EFFECT: increases accuracy of simultaneous definition of concentration of several chemical compounds in a sample.
