FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves isolation of lymphocytes and granulocytes from patient venous blood sample followed by cytoleukogram plotting. Rheumatic arthritis is diagnosed in the presence of quadruple rosettes containing one lymphocyte and 4 granulocytes; systemic lupus erythematous is diagnosed at the case of detection of quinary rosettes containing one lymphocyte and 5 granulocytes, and oncological disease is diagnosed at the case of disappearance of ternary rosettes and decrease amount of binary and single rosettes (by 5 and 4 times, respectively). Test ensures to obtain the reliable results for 4 h, it does not require special sterility, deficit reagents and expensive devices. EFFECT: simplified test, reliable results. 5 tbl
