FIELD: medicine, pulmonology. SUBSTANCE: method involves examination of patient blood and compares data with that in donors. Blood indices were estimated by cytoleukogramm. In patient with acute pneumonia characteristic formation of four bound granulocytes and decrease of double rosettes (1 lymphocyte + 2 granulocytes) is detected as compared with that in donors by 1.3-1.8-fold.
