FIELD: medicine, pulmonology. SUBSTANCE: method is performed by study of blood of patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis and bronchial asthma of mixed form. Blood indices are evaluated by cytogram of granulocyte-binding lymphocytes. Bronchial asthma is diagnosed in the case of preferential detection of eosinophile-lymphocytic rosettes in smears. Chronic obstructive bronchitis is diagnosed in the case of preferential detection of neutrophile- lymphocytic rosettes in smears. Method ensures to obtain reliable data for 4 h, it does not require the special sterility, deficient reagents, expensive devices.
