SUBSTANCE: working tool has tine 1 with cutting edge on its front part, chisel on its lower part and slit upper part tip adapted for compacting upper part of slit. Tip is made in the form of pair of disks 12, 13 mounted for rotation on V-shaped spindle and arranged at an angle one with respect to another. Covering edges of disks 12, 13 are inserted into segment-shaped slots to allow smooth and gradual initial working of disks. Slots are made in sides of tines. EFFECT: simplified construction, increased efficiency in cutting slits and channels and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
