FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves cultivating soil; providing covering harrowing, presowing cultivation, sowing, irrigation and interrow tillage. During early spring period upon termination of covering harrowing, soil aerating slits with compacted walls are cut in direction perpendicular to following sowing direction. Subsequent interrow tillage is combined with cutting of water interception slits with zonal reservoirs in their parts. Soil aerating slits are cut by means of slitter working member with tine, chisel and ripping member having width exceeding tine width. Ripping member is made detachable and may be repositioned through tine height in process openings, which are offset in equally spaced relation to tine rear cut. Interception slits are cut by means of working tool having tine, chisel and ripping member, whose width exceeds tine width. Annular ripping member is provided with retainer and is made detachable. Ripping member may be repositioned through height of tine in process openings, which are offset in equally spaced relation to tine rear cut.
