FIELD: machine-tool manufacture. SUBSTANCE: mandrel has through hole for attachment of point tool with tapered shank and threaded hole. It also has heads for catching by clamping device positioned in machine spindle and clamping member. Mandrel head body is provided with thread for engagement with internal thread of bushing one end of which has bead with flats for wrench. The second bushing with external thread is mounted with slide fit on cylindrical surface of the above-indicated bushing. The second bushing engages threaded hole of mandrel and presses slot washer to its internal bead. Slot washer is positioned on other end of internal bushing in its recess and acts upon its end face. Clamping member is made as clamping stud. It interacts with threaded holes of tool and internal bushing. EFFECT: unification of mandrels, higher efficiency and reliability in operation. 2 dwg
