FIELD: waste recovery. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reprocessing "soft" polymer waste with special emphasis on equipment for disintegration of film, sacs, bands, cords, and plastic bundles. Knife set is executed in the form of different-diameter (alternating large and small) disc cutters. Stationary one is stepped. Protrusions and recesses correspond to small and large-diameter cutters. Ledges and valleys of rolls are of a special shape in the form of quadric curve to form polymer cloth from disintegrated waste that is further disintegrated. EFFECT: stabilized process. 3 dwg
