FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method of nonmetal materials grinding, in which ground material is placed into chamber with actuating liquid, ground by means of processing tool rotation, and then ground material is removed from chamber. Volume of ground particles is filled with actuating liquid, and spatial intense mixing of ground material is organised. At that processing tool is made with cutting and/or chopping edges, at that speed of ground material collision with edges of processing tool makes at least 20 m/s. Device for grinding of nonmetal materials contains chamber with possibility of material to be ground entry and discharge of ground product, in which on shaft processing tool is installed with the possibility of rotation and connected to the drive, at that in process of grinding material is fully and partially located in actuating liquid. Volume of ground particles is filled with actuating liquid, processing tool is made with cutting and/or chopping edges, at that speed of ground material collision with edges of processing tool makes at least 20 m/s. process of grinding is organised with the possibility of spatial intense mixing of ground material.

EFFECT: improvement of manufactured product quality; reduction of power inputs; increase of installation efficiency and improvement of process ecological compatibility.
