SUBSTANCE: when candles are fabricated by crystallizing candle material melt followed by molding candle rods, melt is prepared by heating and simultaneously mechanically affecting candle material. Crystallization of the melt is carried out in the flow that is temperature-controlled in its cross-section region, while the melt moves alternately in turbulent and laminar conditions and experiences constant pressure in viscosity-increase direction. EFFECT: increased productivity, reduced cost, and improved environmental condition.
