EXTRUDER Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2214918 C1

FIELD: processing thermoplastic materials; industries requiring extrusion processes. SUBSTANCE: proposed extruder has housing with loading hole and helical passages of varying depth, immovable screw feeder and matrix. Housing is made for rotation and is mounted on supports. Transporting screw is located inside immovable screw feeder. Immovable screw feeder is provided with changeable spinneret and separating sleeve mounted in loading and mixing zones. Located between separating sleeve and immovable screw feeder is heating element. Matrix is made for performing reciprocating motion and is provided with profiled elastic gasket on its inner surface. Proposed extruder ensures proper stabilization of pressure in pre-matrix zone at change of technological parameters. EFFECT: reduction of labor consumption; extended field of application. 3 dwg
