Novelty is that each pair of cranks is spaced 180 deg. apart and each next crank is displaced through 90 deg. relative to preceding one; cranks are coupled through connecting rods and stems to pistons placed inside double-action cylinders whose inner spaces are connected via timing gear to high- and low-pressure pipelines which are connected via flexible hoses to air intake and to internal space of wind vane through tube made in the form of contracting-expanding nozzle , respectively; in addition, crankshaft is coupled through power amplifier with engine shaft carrying control unit with crankshaft speed governor.
