PUMP-DISPERSER Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: hydraulic systems of powered supports and units; lubricant-and-coolant and petroleum product preparation and supply systems. SUBSTANCE: pump-disperser is made in form of similar modules having individual suction branch pipes and common delivery branch pipe which are mounted symmetrically relative to common rotor. Each module has same number of stages of centrifugal impeller with guide apparatus; parameters of impeller and guide apparatus which are located at similar distances from rotor of disperser of each module are equal. Sectional rotor of disperser is symmetrical relative to its central wall. Its suction chambers located symmetrically relative to central wall are hydraulically connected on one side with central impellers of one and the same module and with one sonic treatment chamber and then with delivery branch pipe common for modules on other side through holes of respective parts of rotor and through holes of common stator. Length of holes of common stator is no less than total length of holes of sectional parts of rotor; stator is mounted in housing symmetrically relative to central wall of rotor.
