HYDRAULIC SYSTEM Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering; hydraulic systems of powered supports and units. SUBSTANCE: smaller and larger reservoirs of tank are provided with individual float-type level gauges; return main is provided with additional fine filter. Both fine filters are of self-cleaning type with one inlet and two outlets: one is low-dispersed and other is highly-dispersed. Highly-dispersed outlet of fine filter fitted in delivery line of pump-disperser is brought in communication with high-pressure pump and low-dispersed outlet is brought in communication with suction end of pump-disperser through flow regulator. Low-dispersed outlet of other fine filter fitted in return line of hydraulic drive of powered complex is brought in direct communication with suction end of pump-disperser and its highly-dispersed outlet is hydraulically communicated with both reservoirs of tank. Fixed partition dividing the reservoirs is provided with floating wall which has common hinge with level gauge of larger reservoir and is kinematically linked with its float by means of three-link mechanism. Level gauge of smaller reservoir is provided with shut-off member fitted at the suction end of pump-disperser before flow regulator. Shut-off member is articulated on rod for motion relative to hinge common with level gauge of smaller reservoir. Smaller and larger reservoirs have bases inclined towards suction openings of pump-disperser and hydraulic lines fitted with return attachments in parallel with inclined surfaces of tank reservoirs. EFFECT: facilitated cleaning of reservoirs of pumping station and increased service life of fine filter. 2 dwg
