SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices used for creation of the acoustic vibrations in the running liquid medium and may be used for carrying out and intensification of the different physical-chemical, hydromechanical and heat-mass exchange processes in the systems "fluid-fluid". The rotor apparatus contains the body with the medium inlet an outlet fitting pipes, concentrically mounted in it the rotor and the stator with the grooves in the side walls of the cylinders, the sound chamber, the drive gear, the source of additional pulsations. On the inlet fitting pipe there is the cylindrical vortex chamber of the big diameter and the liquid medium is fed in the chamber through the fitting pipe fixed tangentially to its internal surface. The invention ensures the increased power of the sound wave in the cavity of the rotor and dilating of the type-sizes of the used pumps.
