FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: combustion chamber has case accommodating flame tube with burners provided with gas-dispensing holes. One or more fuel headers mounted outside the case communicate with burners through at least one admission tube. The latter communicates with at least one burner through nozzle and admission holes provided in its wall opposite nozzle walls of tube in burner wall. Clearance is provided between tube and burner walls. Admission holes are larger than nozzle ones. Nozzle hole diameter dn is found from equation , where nd,nn is number of intercommunicating gas-dispensing and nozzle holes; dd is diameter of gas-dispensing holes; ξ is total coefficient of burner pressure drop reduced to speed in gas-dispensing holes. Inner space of admission tube is separated by inner walls into two or more channels each communicating with respective fuel header and at least with one burner. EFFECT: simplified design and improved reliability of combustion chamber. 3 cl, 2 dwg
