FIELD: water heating appliances. SUBSTANCE: automatic gas-fired water heater has main and ignition torches 2 and 3, respectively, shut-off valve 6 for main burner, heat exchanger 1, room-temperature sensor 10, automatic safety and control gear 7. The latter incorporates water-temperature, ignition-torch flame, and draft sensors 9, 5, and 4, respectively, and electromagnet 8 connected to gas supply valve. Inserted between shut-off valve 6 of main torch and safety and control gear valve is regulating valve 12 of radiator thermostat, such as that of firm Danfoss, coupled through control part with room- temperature sensor 10; electromagnet 8 is supplied with power from flame sensor 5. EFFECT: reduced gas consumption, facilitated servicing, reduced maintenance and adjustment time. 1 dwg
