Device provides analysis of input flow and detection of determined combinations in it, detection and counting of their presence or absence according to time of day, calculation of a posterior integral functions F_n(N) and F₀(N) and generation of plausibility ratio L(N) = F_n(N)/F₀(N), which value is then compared to threshold values П_clu and П_cll, which alter by means of generator of cut-off threshold according time of day depending on intensity of input flow.
