FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing with handle, coaxially mounted halogen lamp with reflector, protection screen and monolithic light guide with inlet filter. The protection screen is coupled with the reflector with its one end face on the same side with its focus. The other end face is attached to inlet of the monolithic light guide mounted in casing opening to make room enough for inlet filter to be placed in the focal area of the reflector. The device has cylindrical infrared bandwidth reflector which one end face is fixed in the second opening of the casing. The reflector is transparent in infrared bandwidth area of radiation spectrum. The protection screen is designed as diffused reflector and has truncated ellipsoid shape. The inlet filter and halogen lamp are placed in focal areas of the ellipsoid formed by the diffused reflector and lamp reflector. The monolith light guide is mounted in the casing by means of removable bushing made from flexible material. The second opening of the casing has infrared bandwidth filter and protection cap coupled with it. EFFECT: high quality of fillings. 2 cl, 1 dwg
