FIELD: X-ray fluorescent analysis.
SUBSTANCE: members of X-ray-optical circuit are placed in monolith unit, which has two elongated flat-parallel steel plates tightly fixed by contact polished surfaces. Seat opening for placing cut-off filter longitudinal groove of ray-guide's channel, groove for placing top shutter of exit collimating slot, support for holding sample and opening for extraction of X-ray-fluorescent radiation of sample, which opening is made for placement of detector's casing, are disposed in top plate along path of X-ray radiation. Groove is made in lower plate along path of X-ray-fluorescent radiation, which groove makes collimating slot with contact surface of top plate. Top plate also has grooves of ray-guide's channel for placing screen as well as for lower shutter of collimating slot and sample's holder.
EFFECT: simplified design; reduced cost; improved mechanical stability.
