SUBSTANCE: servo drive has rigid housing divided from inside into two chambers, minimum, by means of flexible diaphragm. Housing consists of two members. Servo drive has at least two connecting rods axially coupling together two above-indicated housing parts to create reaction between the parts in response to any effort tenting to move the parts apart.
