FIELD: study of world ocean. SUBSTANCE: submersible vehicle includes load-bearing structure, watertight pressure hulls, buoyancy units and fairings. Fairings are made in form of four similar parts of streamlined envelope with parting planes passing through longitudinal axis of submersible vehicle; they are oriented in pairs in way of vertical and horizontal transversal axes of vehicle. Used as load-bearing structure are fairings which are filled with strong buoyant material and are interconnected by means of rigid end members; fairings are oriented in way of vertical transversal axis of vehicle. Fairings oriented in way of horizontal transversal axis of vehicle are easily detachable; they are mounted between rigid end members and fairings oriented in way of vertical transversal axis of vehicle. Located between fairings are buoyancy units in which watertight pressure hulls are mounted. EFFECT: reduction of resistance, increased endurance and use of structural members as load-bearing structure. 3 cl, 9 dwg
