CAN FILLING DEVICE Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: food industry; filling of can with fish or meat. SUBSTANCE: device has product conduit 1 with vibratory drive 2 and measuring cup 3, actuating mechanism with knife-shutter 5 for cutting off product portion, feeder and drive 7. Actuating mechanism has three gear wheels-driving wheel 12 fitted on horizontal shaft of drive 7 and driven wheels 13 and 14 mounted on shafts 15 and 16, respectively. Shafts 15 and 16 are installed coaxially. Shaft 15 is made in form of hollow cylinder, and shaft 16 passes through inner space of shaft 15. Additional shutter 22 is installed on flange of shaft 15 and gear wheel 13 is fitted on flange 21. Knife-shutter 5 mounted on upper end of shaft 15 serves for acting onto product through slots in cup 3. EFFECT: increased capacity and quality of can filling. 8 cl, 6 dwg
