FIELD: food industry; canned food production. SUBSTANCE: device has product line 1 with vibratory drive 2 and measuring cup 3, vertical shaft 4 with knife-shutter 5 for cutting off portion of product, feeder 6 and drive 7. Vertical shaft 4 has bevel gear 13 and lower shutter 14 made in form of shaped disk, and mechanism 15 to rotate knife-shutter 5. gear 13 of shaft 4 is engaged with wheel 16 fitted on horizontal shaft of drive 7. Gear wheels serve as links of mechanism 15. Driving link (wheel 17) is rigidly secured on upper end of shaft 4, and output link (wheel 18) is mated for sliding with shaft. links of mechanism 15 are intercoupled through intermediate wheel. Wheel 18 has flange to which knife-shutter 5 is connected. Knife-shutter 5 and lower shutter 14 are used for engagement with product through slots in cup 3.
